Our signature Basque cheesecake infused with seeds from whole Madagascar vanilla pods — one whole pod in our 6-inch cake and 1½ pods in our 8-inch. The vanilla adds a naturally fragrant, warm sweetness while keeping the rich cream cheese flavour at the centre.
Optional topping: Lightly whipped fresh dairy cream.

Made in small batches with carefully selected ingredients. We use free-range eggs across our products and real dairy cream where cream is used.
